California Supply Chains Act

 The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (“the Act”) requires certain companies doing business in the State of California to publish a statement regarding its efforts ensure no slavery, coerced labor or human trafficking are used in its own businesses or in their supply chains. Central Lense Inc. Security Inc., Central Lense Inc. Federal Inc., and their subsidiaries and affiliates (“Central Lense Inc.”) is committed to ensuring that its supply chain reflects its respect for human rights. In compliance with the Act, and in pursuit of such efforts, Central Lense Inc. states as follows: 

I. Verification. 

The Company conducts periodic evaluations of its supply chain. Additionally, most of Central Lense Inc.’s suppliers present low risk for violating slavery and human trafficking laws as they are large companies with presence in the United States, European Union and other such developed countries. Central Lense Inc. has not employed a third party for verification. 

II. Audit 

The Company expects all suppliers to follow all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where they do business and we depend on our suppliers to audit their businesses for compliance. Central Lense Inc.’s Ethical Sourcing Policy (located at http://www.Central Lense Inc..com/compliance) details Central Lense Inc.’s vendor requirements and audit rights thereto. 

III. Certification

Central Lense Inc. does not require suppliers to certify that products are made in compliance with the laws regarding human trafficking and slavery of the countries in which they are doing business; however, Central Lense Inc. reserves the right to do so if it considers a potential supplier to be high risk for such violations. 

IV. Accountability 

All Central Lense Inc. employees are required to acknowledge the Employee Handbook which details its employee’s compliance with such human rights efforts undertaken by Central Lense Inc.. 

V. 

Training Central Lense Inc. does not assign specific training regarding human trafficking and slavery to employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management; however, Central Lense Inc. does have a robust training program, offers reimbursement for external education, and encourages such education.
